The History

450 Swift Street has been a community staple for over 100 years, and it has played host to a ton of talented and hardworking legends throughout its history. When it was first built in 1894, it served as a power plant for Victoria. Later on, it became a welding shop and grain warehouse, and it has housed many successful businesses and brewers over the years. Despite all the changes and transformations its undergone, one thing has stayed the same: this building's ability to inspire and give back to the community.
